SalaryResponsibilities:
- Manage front desk, respond to rent inquiries, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments
- Maintain property appearance by cleaning facility and grounds daily
- Perform daily inspections of site and storage units to ensure units are clean and properly locked
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Part of the call list for after hours alarm calls

- Weekday and weekend availability to pick up extra shifts as needed
Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
