The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Answer Customer Service calls in a prompt and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer experiences while adhering to the brand standards
Investigate and respond to customer complaints. Use strong communication and analytical skills to provide mutually beneficial problem resolution.
Where appropriate, resolve customer complaints and de-escalate situations while using our elevation process to meet customer’s needs
Complete paperwork and other action items as required from in-bound calls and/or emails.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED
1 year of Customer Service experience required and experience in contact center is an asset
Able to speak, write and understand English which will be confirmed by an assessment
