What will you do in this role?
As a customer advisor on the Warrior Rock Team at Concentrix., you wll:
- Resolve technical issues with customers services
- Empowered to Fix billing concerns
- Provide customers with the right services based on their wants and needs
- Ability to remain calm and deescalate a situation
- Provided the time and resources to ensure we resolve customers issues
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
- Ability to type 25 words per min with 90% accuracy
- Basic computer skills (office and webbrowsers)
- Pass account specific exams based on training materials delivered
- 6 mths call center experience is an asset
- 6 mth – 1 year of customer experience
- Ability to work full time M-F 9am – 9pm
- Background clearance etc.
- Pass a language assessment
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
