Keizer's Group is hiring a Full Time Receptionist.
The qualified candidate will greet all visitors and callers promptly, pleasantly, with a helpful and emphatic attitude. He/She may report to the Collision Center Manager, CSR or Office Manager depending upon the organization structure. They must work effectively with CSR, Damage Writer and others.
Responsibilities include:
-Responsible for the daily contact with all visitors including customers, prospective customers, insurance adjusters, vendors and others entering the office area
-Promptly and courteously answer the telephone
-Collects data using the Customer Information Form
-Book appointments for damage appraisals, drop off and pick up
-May assist with proactive vehicle status class and customer follow up calls
-Handle customer inquiries promptly
-Assists with marketing programs as appropriate
-Assists office manager or supervisor with filing, data entry and other tasks as requested.
-Assures the comfort of visitors
-May handle cash or other vehicle delivery responsibilities such as the dissemination of warranty and CSI information
Skill Criteria
-Effective oral communication skills and excellent phone manners
-Professional appearance
-Effective writing,math and computer skills appropriate to the responsibilities of the position
-Basic understanding of the collision process and administrative issues
-Good interpersonal skills
