We work in a relaxed and casual environment where openness, collaboration and ideas flow. The Customer Service/Shipping & Receiving agent results are key to the success of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service (online inquiries, website chat, telephone calls).
• Warranties (coordinating resolutions between consumers, retailers and head office using an online platform).
• Shipping and Receiving (retail orders, warranty shipments).
• General office duties as required.

Requirements:

• Excellence in Customer Service with above average communication skills both verbal and written.
• Extremely organized and results focused.
• Positive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and/or with a team.
• Strong computer skills including web based CRM, inventory and sales software.
• Strong critical and creative thinking skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Must be comfortable occasionally driving distances to do delivery pick-ups and attend shows if necessary.
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50lbs.
• Work from the office located in Squamish (no remote work option).

Office hours: 9:30 - 2:30 Monday to Friday, no statuary holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
