Responsibilities:
- Customer Service (online inquiries, website chat, telephone calls).
- Warranties (coordinating resolutions between consumers, retailers and head office using an online platform).
- Shipping and Receiving (retail orders, warranty shipments).
- General office duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellence in Customer Service with above average communication skills both verbal and written.
- Extremely organized and results focused.
- Positive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and/or with a team.
- Strong computer skills including web based CRM, inventory and sales software.
- Strong critical and creative thinking skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Must be comfortable occasionally driving distances to do delivery pick-ups and attend shows if necessary.
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50lbs.
- Work from the office located in Squamish (no remote work option).
Office hours: 9:30 - 2:30 Monday to Friday, no statuary holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
