The Role:
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team! This role requires a person who loves to help and support people. You have a keen interest in troubleshooting and supporting our customers in solving a variety of issues, ranging from the simplest to the most complex technical issues. You are capable of effectively resolving customer enquiries in a considerate, accurate, and timely manner. You are also eager to work with the rest of the Customer Success team to improve all aspects of the customer experience, making Push truly customer centric.

We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and help solve inbound customer inquiries, while providing exceptional service experiences along the way.
Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests via phone, email and chat.
Become an expert in the Push platform, and help educate customers on best practices.
Investigate and/or escalate customers’ technical issues and ensure its resolution.
Contribute to our knowledge base, and ensuring that our customers are aware and have access to high-quality self-serve resources.
Capture customer feedback and communicate them to the relevant teams (i.e. Product).
Execute on team initiatives to improve internal processes and our customer experience as a whole.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer service/support role, preferably in a SaaS environment
You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
You are able to understand customer needs and deploy appropriate strategies to ensure that they are met in a timely manner.
Ability to exude diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
Deep and genuine passion about customer support and the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.
Comfortable with working with software, as well as adopting new technologies.
Open mindedness to know when you need help, and are not afraid to ask for it.
Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system is a bonus.
