Our client, a highly regarded professional educational organization, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to work on a contract basis until the end of February 2024. With flexibility to work remotely/from home post-training, the successful candidate will be required to attend in-office training and meetings in Halifax, NS and reside in the local area. The successful candidate will be detailed oriented, well organized and have great business acumen.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Review, update and enter data
- Confirm and test formatting and view of documents
- Issue individual T2202’s
- Rename and track completed forms
- Other project-related duties as required
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- Previous experience in a high-volume Data Entry role
- Strong computer skills, with a basic understanding of Adobe software
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
- Must have great attention to detail
- Highly trustworthy and comfortable working with confidential personal information
- Available for full-time hours, Monday through Friday until the end of February 2024
