Job Title: Data Entry Clerk III

Location: Hybrid (Halifax, Montreal, Toronto or Waterloo)

Duration: 03 Months (with possibility of extension)

Description :

Data Entry Clerk III - Canada Retirement Operations In this role, you will fulfill work on a special project to review historical information captured in our work distribution system and capture key data points to later review accuracy to legislative requirements. This role is very administrative in nature, requiring keen attention to detail, ability to respond to changing priorities, and very strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Data review and entry of sensitive and confidential information that is restricted by both regulatory and legal guidelines

• Learn how to access and use new and proprietary systems to execute job function

• Track and enter data as outlined by the project lead

• Strict adherence to our privacy and confidentiality guidelines

• Commitment to supporting our organization's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion efforts

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to responsibly manage sensitive information.

• Understanding Group Retirement and pension legislation.

• Accounting & Financial foundation is an asset.

Job Details

• Regular work hours – Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm Eastern 30-minute unpaid lunch.

• Day will include review of data online and capturing details in a spreadsheet.

• Audit captured date to validate accuracy against legislative requirements.

• Hybrid role on site at our one of our Halifax, Montreal, Toronto or Waterloo locations
