Tall Ships Trading Company produces and distributes souvenirs and giftware to the retail trade across Canada. Our product lines include souvenir food and candy, seafood and lobster accessories, plush toys, socks, hats, sou’westers, jewelry, t-shirts, hoodies and many other customized products.

Tall Ships – Date Entry/Customer Service

Data Entry/Customer service is at the core of all we do at Tall Ships. This role is vital to bridging the gap between our customers’ expectations and our sales staff. This is a busy and important role, with responsibilities that range from Data Entry to creating and maintaining close relationships with Tall Ships customers and sales representatives.

Attention to detail, a confident and friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in an individual and team setting

Responsibilities include,

• Enter and invoice orders
• Generate purchase orders
• Processing required credits
• Processing customer credit card receipts
• File textile and custom orders
• Manage Tall Ships customer tagging details

The work completed by the person in this role has direct impacts on other parts of the business, and our combined ability to deliver the best products and services to our customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
