Armour is hiring a Data Entry Clerk in Truro, Nova Scotia.This position will report to the Truro Terminal Manager.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with all departments, terminals, and customers to remove barriers in the movement of equipment and freight.
- Enter freight bills in an accurate and timely manner from a variety of mediums
- Printing and preparing documentation for our operations team
- Freight bill entry coding
- Monitor the Data Entry Email
- Scanning documents
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Detail orientated and self-motivated
- Alpha and Numeric Keyboarding /typing skills 40wpm + accurately
- Ability to prioritize and effectively handle changing priorities
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with analytical decision-making skills.
Technical Skills:
- Transportation Industry expriance
- Understanding Truckmate system considered a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports in Word and Excel.
