Currently, we are seeking highly motivated students to join our team as Data Verification and Entry Clerks. This position offers flexibility in hours, allowing students to balance work with their academic commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Identify and correct errors in data entry, calculation, and formatting
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for data management and security
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or discrepancies
Key Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student in Ontario, Canada
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment (computer, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data entry or related field is an asset but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
