Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated dentist to join our team at Country Dental Fergus. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality dental care and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and periodontal treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with our team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans and progress.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology, techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) with RCDSO
- Valid state dental license and current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency and expertise in general dentistry procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Ambitious and reliable.
- Dentrix experience preferred.
- Ability to work with restorative hygienist would be an asset.

Compensation ranges based off of experience, starting 40% to 42.5% off of collection.
