The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 30-40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, One evening

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Dental experience is an asset
• 1-2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Experience with dental practice management software such as tracker is considered an asset but not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
