Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing support to our team. ONLY applicants with dental office experience will be considered.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist and dental assistanting experience is an asset
- Proficiency in dental software such as Tracker is an asset
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
