Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Dentrix or Epic
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Assist with managing the front desk and ensuring a smooth flow of patients in the office
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting preferred
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) system, mainly Tracker
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
