Dental Receptionist

Our growing General Anesthetic practice is looking to add another Administrator to our exceptional team. We are a friendly, fast paced office that takes pride in our strong office culture, where we are able to balance professionalism and fun.

Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:45pm NO EVENINGS, NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Accounts Receivable, Insurance submissions

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- RDA certification a plus but not required
- Previous experience working in a dental office and familiar with GOLD software

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
