The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, attention to detail, computer knowledge, a friendly personality, excellent verbal skills and the ability to complete tasks within a team setting and independently. He or she must be patient, understanding, and act as a pleasant and welcoming presence in the office.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced receptionist with knowledge of DOMx or other appointment booking software considered an asset but not required. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to multi-task and prioritize your time with ease. Capacity to work with little supervision. Quick learner and thinker.

Salary: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
