SalaryCornerstone Medical Clinic is looking for a Full Time receptionist.
This role will serve as the first impression for our Medical Office. You will actively provide exceptional customer service and be an essential component of our progressive team environment.
Duties:
Schedule and confirming appointments for our family physicians
Filing of patient documents through Accuro
Answering multiple incoming calls from patients
Rescheduling of appointments if deemed necessary
Completion of tasks sent out by physicians regarding patient care
Other administrative duties as seen fit
Qualifications:
AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH ACCURO IS PREFERRED
Keen attention to accuracy and detail, as well as ability to maintain confidentiality
Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Medical office experience is an asset
Type 50 wpm

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
