We are looking for a mature individual to fill the Medical Office Assistant position in a Pediatricians' office for Part time employment, 3 days a week. This position requires a very organized, detail oriented, and highly motivated friendly individual who works well in a fast paced environment. Experience in EMR is not necessary, as we are willing to train successful applicants.
Must be experienced in using EMR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting the physicians with procedures
- Filing and other office duties
- Cleaning
- Stocking medical supplies.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to establish priority's and multi task.
- Proficiency with computers
