Design and create 3D models, Animations and 2D drafting for a fast-growing organisation to play an integral part in its continuous success by assisting with the delivery and support of project designs from the tender stage through to delivery.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the design process from project set up to completion
- Ensure project is delivered on time, budget and to highest quality
- Manage design works assigned to the design team
- Liaise with project teams to assemble trade package documentation
- Identify gaps and omissions to ensure valid design status
- Review drawings and design deliverables to ensure accurate requirements
- Ensure design deliverables meet cost plan constraints for various trade packages
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 5 years of previous design coordination experience
- Proven experience in 3D modelling including the use of TEKLA, SketchUp, Navisworks, Advance Steel, Trimble Connect, AutoCAD, Revit.
- Proven experience in Animation software including Twinmotion, Blender and Autodesk 3ds Max
- Proven experience in Video Editing software including Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effect and Adobe Photoshop
- Preferred experience in VR software including SimLab Composer11, Unreal Engine 5 and Autodesk Maya
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering, construction management (or equivalent)
- Sound literary and computer skills including standard MS Suite
- Ability to coordinate work priorities, meet deadlines and achieve program targets
- Excellent attention to detail
