Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies tailored to fitness brands, focusing on paid advertising campaigns, lead generation, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the fitness or health and wellness industry.
• Proven experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead generation tactics and strategies, including lead magnets, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proficiency in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
