We are seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to provide Digital Marketing Services. Developing and executing Digital Marketing strategies to promote the organization's products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develops and executes Digital Marketing strategies to promote the organization's products and services across various channels that drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately result in lead generation
- Executes flawlessly across the entire portfolio of tactics, implements digital strategies/programs and analyzes their effectiveness through metrics
- Applies the company brand to all digital initiatives and represents the voice of the customer
- Leads ongoing monitoring, analysis and evaluation of results of activities in order to recommend improvements and measure Return On Investment
- Partners with senior management to develop digital strategies within assigned portfolio; manages scorecard(s) and budgets ensuring results are accurately captured
- Identify opportunities and develop/implement appropriate best practices
Skills
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Media plan development with a focus on digital media including social media, SEM and programmatic
- Create and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Ad Copywriting & Content Creation
- Develop Visual Assets for Digital Campaigns
- Multichannel marketing
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Experience developing a targeted Digital Marketing program based on customer insights
- Experience with marketing measurement frameworks
- Experience with Content Management Systems (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Cloud, ContentStack)
- Excellent Communication Skills
Assets
- Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
- Experience in Agile marketing
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
