What is the opportunity?

To develop and then manage relationships with clients in line with firm’s regional sales and client service strategy in the Middle East region


What will you do?

  • Grow assets under management within the Middle East region through Business Development and prospecting within an agreed investor base and in line with the broader strategy and in support of the firm’s broader objectives.
  • Manage, strengthen and grow existing client relationships through day-to-day liaison and participation at client meetings and conference calls
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objective and the regulatory environment they operate in
  • Support RBC BlueBay’s Business Development and client relationship initiatives through external and internal event attendance and participation
  • Acquaint clients with RBC BlueBay’s investment strategies, products and services and grow regional assets under management by cross-selling RBC BlueBay’s products and services.
  • Continually build and deepen knowledge of RBC BlueBay’s products. Keep abreast of market developments.
  • Maintain and leverage the firm’s Management Information System (currently SalesForce) to ensure the effective implementation of regional sales processes and servicing of clients and prospects 
  • Work closely with the client experience team to ensure all clients’ requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to enhancing RBC BlueBay’s service to clients through proactive participation in a variety of initiatives and projects.

  • Experience working in the Middle East region 


Nice-to-have

  • Qualification : CFA and/or equivalent
