Dispatcher - Bulk Division

We are looking for an motivated individual to join our Bulk Services division as a dispatcher. The ability to multi-task in the position is very important. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have a strong attention to detail.

You will be responsible for the daily dispatch operations for all of our BC and Alberta bulk trucks. Responsibilities will include supervision and direction of drivers as well as data entry into company dispatch system, communication with customers.

This position has the ability to be based out of our Calgary or Edmonton offices, whichever is more convenient for the successful candidate.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the bulk transportation industry is required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment

- Strong computer skills a must

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

- Organize and plan freight.

- Daily dispatch of drivers to ensure highest level of customer service to our customer base.

- Handle customer inquiries.

- Research and follow up with customer service related issues.

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
