Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as Document Verification and Data Entry Associate specializing in proofreading, Data Entry and handling label artwork. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proofread and screen technical information related to ingredients, products formulas, methods of preparation, nutrition analyses, allergens, etc. for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct Data Entry tasks with precision and efficiency
• Manage label artwork, ensuring compliance with company standards and other requirements, while maintaining a digital library.
• Collaborate with team members to complete listing forms accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized records of documents and date entry activities.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Data Entry software.
• Prior experience in administrative roles or similar positions is preferred.
