Russell Hendrix Foodservice Equipment is looking for a Contracts Execution Manager to join our team in Toronto. Reporting to the National Contracts Director, you’ll lead a Project Management Team, responsible for delivering and installing commercial goods for the Contracts Department. The Execution Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adhering to budgetary and safety requirements. This is an ideal position for a motivated individual with a strong background in both construction project management and leadership.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee a team of project managers and coordinators responsible for the delivery and installation of goods on construction sites.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and efficient delivery and installation of goods.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and exceeded.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and ensure quality of work.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including issues related to delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Manage project-related financials, including project budgets, invoices, and cost tracking.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management, including project status reports and financial forecasts.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A university or college diploma in a related field.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in the Food Service/Construction Industry.
- You have 1-3 years experience managing a team/staff.
- You have strong formal and informal leadership skills.
- You are a naturally strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- You are able to identify issues and implement solutions to overcome problems.
- You have experience with budget preparation and management.
- You are an analytical thinker, with sound planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- You have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members across multiple departments.
- You are proactive – act without guidance or specific direction and brings new ideas to the table.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- You are safety oriented, committed to upholding safety requirements and maintaining a culture of safety on your team.
