Hotel General Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, maintaining high standards of service, and maximizing revenue.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement improvements as necessary
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage budgets, expenses, and payroll to achieve financial goals
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in hotel management software systems
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $58,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
