Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and revenue management
- Ensure exceptional guest service by training and supervising staff
- Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness and appearance standards
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial reports
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in computer systems such as property management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
