SalaryEansor Auto Group is looking for an Evening and SaturdayService Advisor in London!
The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding the customer through the maintenance scheduling process and repair of their vehicle. Our company is looking for a customer centric individual who is passionate about building relationship with our customers. The Service Advisor is responsible for gathering and interpreting information on vehicle condition from the Service Technicians in order to advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services and communicate this information in a professional manner, explaining the benefits of services and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs.
Shift: Tuesday - Thursday 11am-8pm. Friday 10am-7pm. Saturday 8am-5pm.
Job Duties:
- Work with customers to understand their vehicles' needs.
- Work with customers to answer questions or concerns and book appointments.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress and pricing of their repairs.
- Follow up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle, and when parts ordered have arrived to schedule appointments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and manners.
- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
- Loves a fast pace environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience in a service dept, especially Ford, and/or with Reynolds Ignitesoftware considered a strong asset.
- Will to perpetually educate yourself on Ford/Lincoln products.
