Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling, safety protocols, and health regulations.
- Proven track record in supervising and managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment.
