We seek for "Factory Product Marketing Manager" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Electirification Distribution Solutions factory in Dilovasi, Kocaeli-Turkey location with below qualifications:

This position reports to

Local Division Manager

Your responsibilities

• Driving the growth opportunity to achieve the factory sales targets,
• Manage the Area Sales Managers and Technical Sales Support teams in coordination with the Local Product Group and Global Product Group requirements,
• Guides the sales and marketing strategy of the factory in line with GPG requirements,
• Supports the local sales organizations and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions during the preparation of offers,
• Provides technical support and consultation during the technical meetings, product presentations, negotiations and offers product/ solution/service-related training,
• Manage the related teams for the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements in coordination with Local Business Line/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives,
• Negotiates the customer contract T&C's, and align them with ABB T&C’s,
• Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization together with Area Sales Managers.

Your background

• University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering,
• At least 10 years or more MV Switchgear sales/tendering experience,
• Strong background in Medium Voltage systems and switchgears including project management, technical offering, engineering and clarifications,
• Experience in contractual negotiation is highly preferred,
• Strong ability to present the product and organization technically and commercially,
• Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
• Agile, teamwork and result-oriented profile with strong interpersonal & communication skills,
• Able to work with diverse cultures,
• No restriction to travel abroad if needed.
