Farm Operator, Technician, Or Laborer

PK Ranch land base located from Broxburn to Turin with the main farm located North of Coaldale near Turin . We are looking to hire a full time temporary or permanent employee for the 2023 season.

We are a modern irrigation farm grain and oil seed farm with up-to-date equipment and grain handling system. Ideal candidate:

• Will put safety front of mind.
• Willing to adapt to changing situations
• Mechanically inclined.
• Willing to operate equipment that may include tractors, high clearance sprayer, ATV's, and other agriculture equipment. No experience required as we are willing to train a motivated candidate.
• Preferred experience with Class 3 or Class 1, or willing to work with employer on acquiring.

Start date will be early to mid April.

Full time position with option for overtime. Most weekends free with the exception of working during planting and harvest. We will accommodate all personal schedules and other requests for accommodations. Competitive salary based on experience and a bonus paid upon completion of harvest. Option for full year round employment for the right employee. We are willing to train the right employee. Candidates must be physically fit and able to work efficiently and well with others and put safety first.
