Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join Twenty 1 as a Dessert and Smoothie Maker + Farmers Market Liaison. This role is perfect for someone who loves the art of creating delightful, healthy treats and thrives in the bustling atmosphere of Farmers Markets and local events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting our signature desserts and smoothies, as well as representing Twenty 1 at various local markets throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dessert and Smoothie Creation: Prepare a wide range of healthy desserts and smoothies, maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Market Participation: Visit local Farmers Markets and other events to sell our products, engaging directly with customers and building strong relationships with local vendors.
• Inventory Management: Manage supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability for production and sales.
• Brand Ambassador: Act as a positive representative of Twenty 1 in all interactions, promoting our brand and values within the community.
• Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers, enhancing their experience with our brand and encouraging repeat business.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in making desserts and/or smoothies, with a focus on healthy, quality ingredients.
• Experience participating in Farmers Markets or similar sales environments, demonstrating strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passion for local food communities, with an interest in building relationships with vendors and customers alike.
• Basic proficiency in social media is a plus, for sharing your market experiences and engaging with our community online.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation for traveling to markets and carrying supplies.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: $16.55-$20.06 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week

• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
