Job description

Job Summary:

The Field Support Representative will be providing Field Support for company products by servicing sites and/or delivering equipment within the assigned area.


Essential Job Functions:

To perform the job successfully, the individual must accomplish the following:

  • Resolve maintenance and operational issues in the field in a prompt manner.
  • Perform troubleshooting procedures to create customer satisfaction.
  • Able to Understand and communicate terminology in the field of complex rehab.
  • Report customer feedback to Customer Service using established Complaint Handling Procedure
  • Repositioning equipment as needed within the territory at the direction of supervisor.
  • This job will entail urgency in prioritization of tasks creating efficiencies for territory manager.
  • Provides support for developed business plans and initiatives.
  • Must uphold Company values and ethical business conduct as well as maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • A high level of interactive communication is required with customers and management in the fulfillment of these duties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years of Complex Rehab Technology experience is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous track record of success.
  • Ability to solve complex rehab product problems and create a positive outcome.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
  • Driver’s License with clean driving abstract.

Working Relationships

  • Reports directly to Regional Sales Manager.
  • Cross functional team involvement is required.

Environment:

  • Requires frequent and some overnight travel.
  • Must be able to lift and handle wheelchairs and medical devices.
  • Assist in the setting up of trade shows and exhibition stands when requested.
  • Requires lifting to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
