Job Summary:
The Field Support Representative will be providing Field Support for company products by servicing sites and/or delivering equipment within the assigned area.
Essential Job Functions:
To perform the job successfully, the individual must accomplish the following:
- Resolve maintenance and operational issues in the field in a prompt manner.
- Perform troubleshooting procedures to create customer satisfaction.
- Able to Understand and communicate terminology in the field of complex rehab.
- Report customer feedback to Customer Service using established Complaint Handling Procedure
- Repositioning equipment as needed within the territory at the direction of supervisor.
- This job will entail urgency in prioritization of tasks creating efficiencies for territory manager.
- Provides support for developed business plans and initiatives.
- Must uphold Company values and ethical business conduct as well as maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- A high level of interactive communication is required with customers and management in the fulfillment of these duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma is required.
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years of Complex Rehab Technology experience is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Previous track record of success.
- Ability to solve complex rehab product problems and create a positive outcome.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
- Driver’s License with clean driving abstract.
Working Relationships
- Reports directly to Regional Sales Manager.
- Cross functional team involvement is required.
Environment:
- Requires frequent and some overnight travel.
- Must be able to lift and handle wheelchairs and medical devices.
- Assist in the setting up of trade shows and exhibition stands when requested.
- Requires lifting to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
