Responsibilities:

- Work with customers with non-prime credit to secure financing for vehicle purchases.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with outbound call, text and email.
- Experience with reviewing credit bureaus.
- Ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with dealertrack.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to self motivate.

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year in a finance/sales role within a dealership.

- Valid AMVIC

- Valid class 5 drivers license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
