Finance Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Manage all financial transactions, including payroll and accounts payable
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience working in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software SAGE and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
