POSITION:FINANCE SUPPORT IV, Billing
Primarily Stratford Site
Regular Part-Time
POSITION SUMMARY:As a member of the Finance Team, the Financial Support IV, Billing will provide effective and efficient accounting support to the Finance Department. In this role, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for recording and collecting In-Patient receivables.
REPORTS TO: Finance Manager
DATE REQUIRED:As Soon As Possible
SALARY: $26.75 to $28.35 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Successful completion of a 2 year Business Diploma.
Experience:
- Experience with the Meditech Information System.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A good understanding of general accounting elements.
- Previous switchboard experience is an asset.
Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for Accounts Receivable customer service.
- Able to interact with a wide variety of clients in order to meet their needs.
