We are looking for a customer service driven Support Representative. This is a business-to-consumer role to help assist LendCare customers and partners with any questions regarding personal loans for health or veterinary care services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our customers are always receiving a superior customer experience during every interaction
- Responding to customer questions and requests (through telephone, chat, and email)
- Identify the customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services
Requirements:
- 1-year experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Financial services, healthcare support, or veterinary care support background are an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual English/French is an asset
- Full time availability (40 hours/week) to work in our Pickering, ON head office
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5PM or 11AM to 7PM, occassional Saturday work
