Customer Support Representatives

We’re now seeking a number of friendly, focused, service-oriented Representatives to come work with customers of some of the global brands that we support. These positions are based at our brand new offices at Market Square (2109 Ottawa Street in Windsor), convenient to the Ottawa 4, Walkerville 8 and Central 3 bus lines.

In this position, you will use your strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to respond to incoming calls, texts and emails; answer questions; build rapport; and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• The ability to learn quickly, to thrive under pressure and to be flexible in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, accountable and goal oriented
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Technical support experience and a background working with CRM applications are pluses
