The Opportunity
The Customer Service Support Representative will provide product/services information and support to resolve any emerging challenges that our customer accounts face with accuracy and efficiency to ensure excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers on Modular Software’s proprietary products and solutions.
- Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming requests from end users.
- Identify and escalate system problems.
- Develop training materials, reference guides and new feature updates for users.
Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain/ warehouse environment.
- 5+ years Customer Service.
- Problem solving and critical thinking and the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Interpersonal skills, with a focus on resolving conflict while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Team oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
