Customer Support Representatives assist in the marketing and sales of current products and services by providing product information, solutions, and customer service.
We equip our Customer Support Representatives with the details necessary to provide compelling service through entry-level training. Building your understanding of products, consumer needs, sales, communication, and the industry will assist your ability to succeed in the Customer Support Representative position. In addition to building customer service and sales knowledge, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will be enthusiastic about working with others, creating solutions, developing connections, and continuously learning.
Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales and customer service process through direct communication with local consumers
- Provide relevant solutions to customers by discussing client product and service information with them and identifying their areas of need
- Ensure proper compliance with service guidelines by utilizing the client-provided handheld device before, during, and after the sales process to check customer accounts
- Train with members of the management team and other Customer Support Representatives by attending meetings about client operations, consumer experience, sales metrics, business practices, and market trends
- Become familiar with competing telecommunication firms to answer potential customer questions and negotiate better sales solutions
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalency is required
- Associate's or two-year program degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, business, or marketing is encouraged
- Enthusiasm for learning new information and skills
- Accurate implementation of protocol and strategy, given the proper training and instruction
- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively toward goals in market visibility, sales, customer service, and more

Salary: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
