About the Role:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management.
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Complete weekly payroll process using Jonas Software.
- Prepare monthly progress billing.
- Work in cooperation with external accountant to prepare year end financials.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
- Prepare financial statements, reports and tax documents.
Required Skills:
- Five or more years of professional accounting experience (preferably in the construction industry).
- Experience in job costing and managing payroll.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
- Experience with Jonas Software.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
