Financial Controller/ Project Manager

```Duties```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controler-Project Manager to join our team. As a Financial Controler-Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing financial projects, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of financial initiatives. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to effectively communicate complex financial information will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of finance principles and practices
- Experience with account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
