We are currently seeking a highly motivated team player who possesses exceptional communication & organization skills with experience in the industry to join our team as a Financial Controller.
The Controller protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls. This role is primarily responsible for leading the accounting of the company and closely monitoring the company’s financial health. This role will also help facilitate operations, and operational platforms and systems.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
The Controller manages the overall financials of the organization. These responsibilities include:
- Maintain, manage and analyze financial statements
- Set, create and implement budgets
- Facilitate yearend review and audit engagements with external accounting firm
- Process and maintain payroll, benefits and retirement plan
- Administer company payables and receivables
- Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts and costs
- Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures and workflows
- Communicate complex financial data with other team members as required
- General bookkeeping duties including record maintenance and data entry
- Implement and administer accounting and finance platforms
- Implement, administer and aid the in facilitation of operation platforms and systems
- Aid in the facilitation of company operations
Skills & Qualifications
- 10 or more years of professional accounting experience
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
- Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
- Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related discipline
- Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in facilitating company operations, and operational platforms and systems
- Ability to work closely with a senior management team
