FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

As the Food & Beverage Manager at Trickle Creek Golf Resort and The Kimberley Conference Centre you will play a key role in the success of our business by overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations for these outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Labour Management to attain KPI standards
- Menu development and costing for approval to meet KPI standards
- Monitoring expense costs and spending to meet KPI standards
- Driving Revenue through events, and programs at both Trickle Creek Golf course and the Conference Center
- Recruit, mentor and lead the F&B team by providing coaching, guidance and any progressive discipline required
- Staff leadership & motivation, including sales contests
- Oversee inventory management
- Stage, place and oversee GFS, BDL, BCLS orders, and receiving of orders Ensure safety policies, procedures & systems are followed, daily crew talks, training and ongoing documentation
Qualifications:
- Events/ Food & Beverage leadership experience (min 5-10 years)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, Excel and Word
- A motivated self- starter with a growth mindset
- Serving it Right Certification
- Food Safe Certification
- OFA Level 1 Certification
- Event Management Certification an asset
Working Conditions & Occupational Requirements:
- Flexibility in hours of work will be required, including evening and weekend hours
- Computer work and light lifting required
- This is a full time, year-round position, located on-site in Kimberley BC.
