Food & Beverage Server
Duties:
- Take and serve orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant & lounge
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
- Upsell additional items and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using a point-of-sale (POS) system for order processing
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service delivery
