- Works closely with Clubhouse Manager for the execution of daily service and all events.
- Uses P.O.S. system effectively. Responsible for proper end of shift reporting.
- Keeps up to date on and enforces all club policies stated in Granite Golf Club Employee and Member Handbook.
- Acts as Duty Manager and secures building/property at the end of shift.
- Builds and maintains professional relationships with suppliers, members, and clients.
- Ensures bar is stocked and ready, hands-on serving, bartending, and drink service as required.
- Monitors cleanliness of the Clubhouse (including dining areas, washrooms, locker rooms, work areas) before, during and after shifts.
- Assist Clubhouse Manager with monthly inventory, including regular invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience (2 years)
- Previous club experience considered an asset
- Rich customer service background
- Effective computer skills
- Some college or university education
- Supervisor experience (1 year)
- Smart Serve required
Hours: 40 hours per week.
