Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in Food Service areas
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Experience in the Food Service industry, including food preparation and handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as required
