Forklift Driver Crown Reach, Counterbalance, Dockstocker And Walkie

Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our clients team in Milton, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the forklift, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Pay rate: $20-$21.50/hour.

• Location: Milton, ON

• Job Type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials within the facility.

• Load and unload trucks, stack and unstack pallets, and perform other material handling tasks as required.

• Conduct routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance issues.

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Assist with inventory control by accurately recording product movements.

• Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve overall operational goals.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience using Crown Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie or Dock stocker Forklifts.

• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a similar setting.

• Valid forklift certification and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

• Ability to operate different types of forklifts and other material handling equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
