Our warehouse operation is looking for dependable and experienced Forklift Operator’s to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise. This role is critical to the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and overall supply chain.
If you are certified on a Counterbalance, Reach and Dock Stocker, have 2 or more years’ experience in a warehouse and cross dock environment, then we would love to hear from you!

Job Title: Forklift Operator - Reach, Counter Balance, & Dock Operators
Reports to: Dock Team Lead & Dock Manager
Job Type: Full – Time, ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Duties and Responsibilities
- Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves products to staging areas.
- Stacks and stores shipments in designated areas using a forklift.
- Assists drivers in load out.
- Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.
- Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
- Ensures bills of lading match freight that is been received or shipped out.
- Meet schedules for the timely movement of materials.
- Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
- Conducts daily forklift inspections.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Forklift Certification from an accredited school including Fall Arrest
- 2+ years of experience operating a Cherry Picker, Reach, Counterbalance and Dock Stocker
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical skills – perform daily forklift inspections.
- Physical stamina
- Previous experience working with RF scanners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Must be able to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs. without restriction.
- Must be able to work in varying facility conditions.
- Ability to work irregular or extended hours if needed.
